SECTION 1
1.1 Definitions. In these Terms and Conditions:
1.2 Acceptance. By accessing aajll, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

SECTION 2
2.1 Minimum Age. aajll is strictly available to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, consistent with the minimum legal gambling age under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from registering, accessing, or using the Platform in any capacity.
2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. Users are responsible for determining whether online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence and at their physical location at the time of use. aajll does not warrant that use of the Platform is lawful in every jurisdiction. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is done at the User's own risk and may result in Account termination.
2.3 KYC Verification. aajll reserves the right to require Users to submit proof of identity and age at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., SSS, PhilHealth, UMID, driver's licence, or passport) and a live selfie. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by aajll may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawals.
SECTION 3
3.1 One Account Policy. Each User may register and maintain only one (1) aajll Account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, or household members — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including any pending withdrawals.
3.2 Accurate Information. Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and update that information promptly if it changes. aajll is not liable for any loss arising from a User's failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aajll login credentials (username, password, and two-factor authentication codes). You must not share your credentials with any third party. aajll will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
3.4 Suspicious Activity. If you suspect that your aajll Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify aajll support immediately via live chat. aajll reserves the right to freeze an Account pending investigation of suspected unauthorised access or fraudulent activity.
3.5 Account Closure. You may close your aajll Account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any Real Funds remaining in your Account balance, after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements, will be returned to you via your nominated Philippine payment method.
SECTION 4
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. aajll accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). aajll does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
4.2 Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your aajll Account balance in real time upon confirmation of payment. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may require additional processing time of up to three (3) business hours.
4.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, where operationally possible. You must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal will be approved. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the aajll Help Centre and are subject to change.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. aajll targets GCash and PayMaya withdrawal processing within an average of ten to fifteen (10–15) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one to three (1–3) business hours. These timelines are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by payment provider processing schedules, public holidays, or security review requirements.
4.5 Fraud Prevention and AML. aajll complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. aajll reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any withdrawal pending review if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms. Supporting documentation may be required.
SECTION 5
5.1 General. aajll offers a range of bonuses and promotions including Welcome Bonuses, Weekly Reload Bonuses, Cash Rebates, and Free Spin events. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as these general Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games for each bonus will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus play will be forfeited if wagering requirements are not completed within the applicable expiry period.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. aajll employs fraud detection systems to identify patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; placing offsetting bets to exploit wagering requirements; and systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics. Any Account found engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all Bonus Funds and associated winnings forfeited.
5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. aajll reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to User Accounts prior to the effective date of the modification.
SECTION 6
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on aajll is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between in-game rules and these Terms regarding game-specific matters, the in-game rules shall prevail.
6.2 Random Number Generation. All non-live games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are independently audited to ensure statistically fair outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in individual sessions.
6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, network error, or system failure that affects the integrity of a game round, aajll reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the wager amount to the User's Account. aajll shall have no liability beyond the refund of the original stake for bets affected by technical failure.
6.4 Bet Disputes. Any disputes regarding game outcomes must be raised with aajll support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed game session. aajll's determination, based on server logs and game records, shall be final and binding.

SECTION 9
9.1 Ownership. 9.2 Limited Licence. aajll grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
9.3 Third-Party Content. Games provided by third-party providers such as Evolution Gaming, JILI, Pragmatic Play, and PG Soft are licensed to aajll under separate agreements. Your use of those games is also subject to the terms of the relevant game provider.
SECTION 10
10.1 No Warranty. The aajll Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. aajll makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for a particular purpose.
10.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aajll shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business. aajll's total aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the total amount of Real Funds held in that User's Account at the time the cause of action arose.
10.3 Force Majeure. aajll shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, regulatory action, telecommunications outages, or acts of God.
SECTION 11
11.1 Privacy Policy. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal information by aajll is governed by the aajll Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 Data Protection. aajll processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. Your rights as a data subject — including the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data — are described in the Privacy Policy.
11.3 KYC Data Retention. KYC documents and identity verification records are retained by aajll for the minimum period required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR compliance requirements, and are handled with strict confidentiality.
SECTION 12
aajll reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice to Users. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days before taking effect, unless the amendment is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation, in which case it may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change.
SECTION 13
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to aajll's internal dispute resolution process. Users must contact aajll support and allow fourteen (14) calendar days for resolution before pursuing any other remedy.
13.3 Jurisdiction. For any dispute that cannot be resolved through aajll's internal process, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Manila, Philippines.
